At Horse House, the health, safety, and wellbeing of all horses is our top priority. To ensure quality care and a positive environment, all boarders must follow the policies below.

• Boarding Agreement: All horses must have a signed boarding contract and current negative Coggins test, health certification, vaccination records to include strangles and equine flue.
• Last Month Board Payments: Last month’s board is collected upfront as a non-refundable credit. This is applied when written notice is given on the 1st day of the last month to vacate the property. No credit or refunds will be given if written notice is not given on the 1st day of the last month to vacate.
• Monthly board is billed on the 28th, due on the 1st of each month, late on the 4th day of the month with a $50 late fee, and $10 per day up to the 15th day of hte month. On the 15th day a written notice will be posted and your 15-day notice vacate will be posted. Late payments may result in late fees or termination of boarding.

• OWNERS REQUIRED to provide proper feed, hay, health, regular Ferrier, cleanliness and care. 
• Maintain clean, fresh water for your horse at all times.
• Clean paddocks regularly, or arrange for staff care services at the posted rate.
• Keep horses up to date on farrier, dental, and veterinary care.
• Notify staff of any health concerns, injuries, or special needs immediately.

• Guests and owners ride and handle horses at their own risk under the Texas Equine Liability Act.
• Horse House reserves the right to refuse or terminate boarding if a horse or owner is unsafe, disruptive, or fails to follow policies.
