Lessons are not for a single purchase. This program is a progressive series if you are looking to "try out" a lesson book a single riding experiences. Our horsemanship program follows are a weekly curriculum hitting independent horsemanship and riding goals. 


One-Time Riding Experiences Available!

If you’re looking for a one-time riding experience, we are happy to help—but LESSONS are not the option for that.
Lessons are designed for ongoing riders who attend regularly and commit to weekly training.

Membership Policy

 HORSE HOUSE – OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Our Monthly Membership Program provides riders with consistent weekly lessons, a reserved time slot, and progressive training with the same instructor each month. All members must review and agree to the following policies.

Lesson Scheduling

  • Members receive one (1 or 2) weekly lesson at the same day and time each week.
  • Lessons are assigned to the same instructor for consistency. 
  • Your membership reserves your weekly slot—no rebooking required each month.
  • Free Monthly Barn Day and Quarterly Barn Open House for the rider and family. 
  • 10% off all other booked service to include campes Costal Bend Haul & Hitch, CCTX animal Adventures, and Hitch & Sip

 Attendance & Cancellation Policy

To maintain reliability and fairness:

✔️ Allowed:

  • ONE (1) cancellation per month with 24-hour notice
  • This lesson may be made up within 7 days, based on availability

❌ Not Allowed:

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours)
  • More than one cancellation per month
  • “Rolling over” or saving missed lessons for future months. Or Gifting your lesson to another rider.
  • No-shows (these are forfeited)

Additional cancellations, no-shows, or late cancellations = forfeited lesson

Make-Up Policy

  • Make-ups must occur within 7 days of the missed lesson.
  • Make-ups are scheduled based on availability, not guaranteed.
  • Make-ups do not replace your normal weekly lesson time.
  • Make-ups cannot be rescheduled. If you miss it, it is forfeited.

Barn Cancellations

➡️ A make-up lesson will be provided within 7 days at no cost.

No refunds are given for barn cancellations—only rescheduling.

Payment Requirements

  • A credit card, debit card, or bank draft is required on file.
  • Memberships are auto-drafted monthly. 
  • Declined or late payments incur a fee $25 on the 4th of every month
  • Riders may not attend lessons until the account is current.
  • Memberships operate like a gym, daycare, or sports program—billing is based on your reserved spot, not attendance.
  • A 7-day written notice (text or email) is required to cancel.
  • Membership remains active—and billing continues—until required 7-day notice is received 
  • Missed lessons prior to cancelation are not refunded or credited.
  • Once canceled, your weekly time slot may be reassigned.
     

 No Refund Policy

Membership payments are non-refundable.
Missed lessons do not lower monthly rates. If you can not meet the terms of the membership term you will be on a punch card.

Punch Cards

HORSE HOUSE – LESSON PUNCH CARDS

Flexible riding for busy schedules

Our Lesson Punch Cards are designed for riders who need scheduling flexibility and cannot commit to a weekly membership time. Punch Cards allow you to book lessons at your convenience, based on open availability at the barn.

Punch cards be purchase in 1, 4 or 8 units 

1 Lesson Punch Prices

Private 1hr. $75 / 1.5 hr $85

Semi Private (2) Rider 1hr. $130 or 1.5hr. $150

Not avaible on Punch Cards;

Semi Private (1 of 2 riders)  or Group Lessons Membership Only

Punches are tracked electronically. A punch is redeemed each time the rider attends a scheduled lesson.


⭐ Expiration Policy

Punch Cards are valid for 90 days from the purchase date.

  • Unused punches expire after 90 days
  • Expired punches cannot be refunded, credited, or extended
  • Punch Cards are non-transferable and cannot be gifted to another rider

“No exceptions” ensures fairness and consistency for all riders.

⭐ Scheduling Rules

  • Riders may schedule lessons at any available time
  • Punch card riders do not receive a recurring weekly time slot
  • Availability is first-come, first-served
  • Scheduling is recommended 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons

⭐ Cancellation Policy

Each scheduled lesson allows up to:

✔️ TWO (2) cancellations per scheduled lesson, if done with proper notice

After that:

❌ On the THIRD missed, canceled, or rescheduled lesson for the same appointment,

➡️ You lose that punch
No refund, no credit, no reinstatement.

This policy keeps scheduling fair and ensures horses and instructors are not overbooked.

⭐ No-Show Policy

  • A no-show (failure to attend without notice) results in an automatic loss of that punch
  • No exceptions

Missed lessons do not lower monthly rates. If you can not meet the terms of the punch card term you will cancelled without refund or credit.

Buddy Lessons are great for small kids ages 2-6yrs old. 


~All riders must come with a trusted adult to help the child rider. 

~Buddy Lessons are a group lesson MEMBERSHIP ONLY.

Each lesson is weekly on the same day, time and instructor. 

These lessons are 30 minutes long 


The goal of this program is to get the kids familiar with horses, take the fear away so they feel comfortable, learn basic safety rules, ground manners and basic care needs such as grooming and tack. YES, there is riding as well. Focusing on the basic ridding skills, safety and trust. 


Buddy time will help increase your confidence with horses before moving into Minis with Minis and or Horsemanship.

Our Minis with Minis program is a great step up from Buddy Lessons.

~Kid ages 4-6 that are under 60lbs. 

~Single Punch Card $55 or Monthly Membership $235

~Private 45 Minute Lessons


These are non-parent assisted lesson; however, they are still mostly lead line based with just your child and the instructor, working on independent riding skills. Kids will gain their independence, confidence and the hands-on skills working with the mini horses as they are able to do most tasks with very little help.  


This program feeds into our Horsemanship Program where they are able to do group or private lesson on standard size horses at ages 5-6-7.

Child's Western and English (Flat) Horsemanship

Horsemanship Progressive Series riding lessons can teach a variety of skills, including horseback riding fundamentals, horse care, and how to communicate with horses. Lessons can also help riders build confidence and connect with horses. 

This series does REQUIRE mounted and unmounted curriculum.

Horsemanship riding lessons include: 


Progressive Riding from levels 1-8 

  • Riding fundamentals: How to mount and dismount properly, maintain balance and posture, and practice safety 
  • Horse care: How to groom a horse, check for injuries, and properly warm up and cool down the horse 
  • Horse communication: How horses communicate and how to develop trust and respect with them 
  • Riding styles: How to walk/trot/lope in balance and execute other maneuvers 
  • Equipment: How to use bridles, bits, and saddles, and how to safety-check them
