The Horse House is a private gated 20 acre Full Service Equine facility, we have beautiful natural landscape with a beautiful pond and large pool. 20+ horses on property, hobby farm petting zoo, and cattle. All parties will have use of our bunk house with full kitchen, living area with TV, full restrooms with shower and BBQ pit. We can accommodate up to 30 vehicles for parking and 60 guest total. We will provide a party attendant for your party to help your guest park, and navigate the property. Trash cans will be placed around property for easy disposal of trash. Parties are minimum of 2 hours $200, with $150 deposit ($50 is non-refundable for cleaning fee) due at the time of booking, party balance due 2 weeks before your scheduled event.

1 hour with barn assistants $150 Full barn tour and meet and greet with some of our Lesson Horses. We allow 4 people at a time to interact with the animals. We do prove 1 bag of treats per guest feed the animals as we tour. Keep in mind the safety of our guest is paramount. Our rules are posted and will be given instruction before animal interactions. We will remove unruly guests for dangerous behaviors.

- Two finger petting on necks or bodies are permitted. No Face petting allowed.
-We can not force an animal to interact with guest, some will be friendlier then others.
-All animals have free will, teeth and can bit, kick, step on you, jump on you, in general can hurt you. You are responsible for being vigilant over your safety and your children’s.
Our Hobby Farm Includes; Nigerian dwarf goats, miniature pigs, Arabian pony mare, 19 hand Clydesdale, miniature donkey, miniature longhorns, and some times we have bottle babies available to pet and feed….
Take our normal palomino or white horse and turn them into the Unicorn of YOUR dreams. Pick your mane and tail colors, adorn him with glitter, and hand painted stars, rainbows, and your hand prints. Shine up his hooves with silver and the gold and splash of glitter. Add the final touch of his neckless of flowers, some fairy dust and Unicorn Horn. You are welcome to take pictures and have some time for some lead line rides.
Max of 8 participants per hour. $150 per hour per Unicorn.
Enjoy some arts and craft time with one of our awesome Horse House horses and use their beautiful bodies as your canvas. Paints, brushes, stencils, glitter, provided. Our Horse House staff will help guide your guest through the process and handle all the supplies. $75 per hour max of 8 participants per hour.

This potato salad is hands down the BEST I’ve tried. It’s creamy, it’s tangy, and it’s flecked with savory herbs, crunchy celery, and delicious hard-boiled eggs. I’ll be bringing it to every cookout and BBQ we attend. It’s so tasty that I can’t get enough!
It’s classic potato salad, but it has a few key twists. Diced dill pickles, and a splash of pickle juice, creamy mayo and mustard. Fresh herbs liven up things up. Dill brings out the tartness of the pickles, and chives add an oniony kick.
All food items are NOT made at the Horse House. All good items are made and provided by licenses food producers such as HEB, Walmart, local catering companies and local restraints. Horse Hose does plate, garnish, serve , and display foods and beverages.
Meals include main on trays, side(s), basic table wear and 1 gallon Drink Option minimum 8 person requirement.
Two all beef hot dogs per guest, single bagged chip, potato salad, pickles, chopped onion, pickle relish, ketchup, mayo mustered. Basic plate, napkin, flatware provided.
Tortilla chips with build your own nacho style bar your choice of chicken or beef, jalapeños, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, salad, sour cream and avocado cream sauce. Basic plate, napkin, flatware provided.

Pre-Registration & Registration Fees: Are non-transferable and non-refundable. These fees are collected as you commitment for attendance. These fee do go towards your final balance of the registered event.
24 hour Lesson-Cancelation Policy: This policy does not apply to special events, such as camps, clinics, parties, or photography this applies to lessons only. All clients with a booked reservation for a lesson policy are required to give a 24- hour cancellation notice with out exception. Should you not give the required 24-hour notice you full lesson price will be due, you will not be able to schedule your next lesson until it is paid in full. If you do cancel with in the 24-hour notice we are happy to reschedule your appointment with in 7-days schedule permitting, or add the lesson to the end of your series.
All riders under the age of 18 that are at the barn for lessons, training, camps, or clinics are required to wear a helmet. If you do not have one, one will be provided. All rider are required to wear long pants, and closed toed shoes. Please dress for the weather. Please provide your own sunscreen and bug spray and refillable water container.
Registration and Pre-Registration Fees invoice are valid to hold your spot for 24-hours. If you are booking 1 secession or appointment your invoice is due at the time of booking. If the invoice is not paid your spot is not guaranteed and may be offered to another client. Special Packages, Camps, Clinics, Special Events will be 7-days before the event. If not paid your spot by be offered to another client on the wait list. Your First Lessons that is booked with the barn will be due at the time of booking. Should your become a weekly or regular schedule clients the invoice will be sent 24-hour before your appointment and due before it starts. Lessons that are not purchased in packages of four or more will require a credit card on file for payments and cancelations that have not met the 24-hour policy.
You will be contacted directly by your instructor or barn staff. If you have questions or concerns please call your instructor or the barn. We will cancel for weather for the following; under 40 degrees, winds over 20 mph, active rain, and thunder/lighting. In the event we need to cancel we will offer you a make up lesson with in the next 7-days schedule permitting. Should we have the cancel the event completely a full refund will be issues including any registration fees.
